From 1951 to 1960 Ted was a Special Agent with the FBI; from 1960 to 1965 he was a Supervisor at FBI Headquarters handling Organized Crime and Special Inquiry White House matters: from 1965 to 1973 he was the FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the State of Connecticut and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; in 1973 he was promoted to Chief Inspector FBI Headquarters; from 1973 to 1977 he was the Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Memphis and Dallas Divisions; from 1977 to 1979 he was the Senior Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Los Angeles Division with more than 700 personnel under his command and a 22.5 million dollar budget.
Ted was interviewed and considered for Director of the FBI in 1978. He retired from the FBI on March 30, 1979. In 1977 Ted was honored as Law Enforcement Officer of the year by the AFL/CIO Metal Trades Counsel, Los Angeles, California; in 1979 he was hired by U.S. Attorney General Ben Civiletti to organize and coordinate security for the Pan American games in San Juan Puerto Rico; in 1981 he was appointed by California, Governor Jerry Brown to the California Narcotics Authority; in 1984 he was a consultant to the Los Angeles World Olympics.
Ted is a renowned lecturer and published author. In contemplating the fundamental issues about the world in which we live, he is committed to educating all people about our most crucial battle-the preservation on the earth.
Over thirty years ago, reflecting the consciousness of the sixties, he captured national attention when he led the 71-day armed takeover on the sacred grounds of Wounded Knee, a tiny hamlet in the heart of South Dakota’s Pine Ridge Reservation. As the first National Director of the American Indian Movement, Means led “The Longest Walk” in 1978 to protest a new tide of anti-Indian legislation including the forced sterilization of Indian women. Following the walk, the United States House of Representatives passed a resolution saying that national policy was to protect the rights of Indians, “to believe, express and exercise their traditional religions, including but not limited to access to sites, use and possession of sacred objects, and the freedom to worship through ceremonials and traditional rites.”
Russell has consulted with various Indigenous cultures of the Western Hemisphere including; Nicaragua, Hawaii, Guam and Ecuador. In 1985, he participated in the first Peace Conference held between the Indians and the Sandinista’s of Nicaragua held in Bogota, Columbia. In 1986, he negotiated with the White House, on behalf of the Indian Peoples of Nicaragua who were in an armed struggle against the Sandinista.
Russell negotiated with the White House in 1972, after the BIA take over. In 1973, he negotiated with Assistant U.S. Attorney General, Kent Frizzell the Lakota’s 10 points that included congressional hearings into the status of the Fort Laramie Treaties, and investigation of the wholesale violations of Oglala civil rights. In 1986, Russell testified before the Senate Select Committee of Indian Affairs on the issues of Tribal Government corruption.
Russell has lectured nationally and internationally on American Indian history, law, politics and culture. He has lectured at scores of American Universities including; Harvard and Harvard Law, Stanford, University of Southern CA, UCLA, Michigan School of Law, University of FL, WA, MO, and Rice University to list a few. His international lecture tours have included; England, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Bulgaria, East Germany, Hungary, Japan, New Zealand, Italy, and Australia.
In 1977, Russell was instrumental in the drafting of the “Declaration of Human Rights of Indigenous Peoples” presented to the United Nations Commission on Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland. This document was the pre-curser to the “United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples” adopted by the General Assembly Resolution 61/295 on September 13, 2007.

PATRIARCHY: THE ULTIMATE CONSPIRACY
MATRIARCHY: THE ULTIMATE SOLUTION
“We need paradigm shift,” says Russell Means. “What is wrong today is what is wrong tomorrow.” And, what is wrong with the world today? History---or “his-story” as Means so aptly emphasizes---over these last 6,000 years is a convenient lie. From religion to governments, we have lived under a patriarchy with the leaders at the top of the proverbial pyramid and the rest of us underneath to experience most of the suffering. This is a fact of life on our over-populated earth.
What is a patriarchy, though? It is a system that both completely lacks and completely fears the feminine. A patriarchy is an imbalanced, fear-based, war-like and truly insane structure because only a patriarchy is on top, obsessed with control and completely inhumane to everything below. What it fears it wants to control; what it can’t control it wants to terrorize and destroy. Within this strict system, there is no true freedom
What, then, is the solution to this problem? The answer is to simply return to a matriarchy, based on the feminine. Russell Means will remind the audience that women are much stronger and live longer than men; that women are the creators of life, whose cycles are naturally purifying and in tune with the universe. A matriarchy actually represents the origins of individual liberty through representative government. It is the basis for a “clan” system that allows for instant conflict resolution and naturally eliminates all negatives with no time-wasting beliefs in evil and war.
Unfortunately, because we are still living in a patriarchal matrix, the world, according to Means, is going to crash by the end of this year… that is, unless our world leaders do a virtual about-face in finance and banking; unless they quit printing money and go back to value-backed currencies. But, can and will that happen at this late stage? The market is dead as we know it.
So, how do we go back to a matriarchy? Means says that this is essentially a two-fold process. The first is to educate our children about this beautiful, but forgotten, way of life in which the concepts of evil and war are eliminated. “If you don’t believe in evil,” he states, “what’s to worry about? Those who believe in it have to address it. So, while you’re addressing evil, who is taking care of things in the village?” Part of this RE-education process is to return to an oral tradition, which naturally reinforces remembrance of what is truly important without the intrusion of the written word in books and libraries, which can be controlled.
The second way of returning to a natural, matriarchal way of life---like on Indian Reservations---is to learn how to get along. To begin this, start by building “mini-states”---or small village neighborhoods---of anywhere from two to twenty houses. Work and move together through unanimous consent, which innately ensures individual liberty and personal responsibility, along with eliminating the need for concepts like policemen, lawyers and judges. Create a new sense of family in which any lie leads only to shame and, ultimately, the destruction of both the family and the village.
This, of course, will take time. You cannot make such changes in one generation. But, native cultures have successfully built their civilizations based solely on what was taught to them by their own relatives (all their relations). Through these oral traditions, they learned about the insects, the animals, the forests and everything in the natural world that gave them what they needed. Are you planting seeds and preparing a garden? Are you learning how to live cooperatively with your neighbors? Do you share and trade with others in your village?
The solution? “Return back to where you began,” says Means, “and demand it together!”

Webster Griffin Tarpley is a political leader and historian based near Washington DC. He is the author of George Bush: The Unauthorized Biography (1992, reprinted 2004), an underground classic posted online in October 1996 at www.tarpley.net. This book first documented the complicity of Prescott Bush in the rise of Hitler. From 1972 to 1984, Tarpley worked as a journalist in Italy and Germany. In response to a request from a member of the Italian government, he directed the study Chi ha ucciso Aldo Moro? (Who Killed Aldo Moro? Rome, 1978), a groundbreaking work which linked the kidnap and murder of the Italian political leader to Henry Kissinger and NATO intelligence. In 1986, Tarpley was a candidate for the Democratic Party nomination for the United States Senate from New York State. Tarpley was President of the Schiller Institute USA, a world affairs research body, from 1986 to 1997. His essays and speeches from 1970 to 1996, dealing especially with the role of Venice in early modern Europe, were published online as Against Oligarchy. Tarpley is the author of 9/11 Synthetic Terror: Made in USA (2005). Tarpley was one of the first to denounce the Obama candidacy as a coup d’état by the Trilateral Commission to create a new and catastrophic Carter presidency, with the goal of imposing genocidal austerity on the American people to pay for futile bank and derivative bailouts. HOW TO DEFEAT THE WALL STREET OLIGARCHS, SHRED THE DERIVATIVES, AND GET OUT OF THE DEPRESSION
The world is descending into the bottomless pit of economic and financial depression. The year 2008, with the Bear Stearns, Lehman, Merill Lynch and AIG insolvencies, was only the beginning, corresponding to October 1929. As the real physical economy relentlessly contracts, we are heading towards new and catastrophic events – the collapse of the entire US-UK banking system, and the worldwide dumping of the US dollar, and likely hyperinflation. The stage was set by the Volcker Federal Reserve thirty years ago with interest rates which wiped out US industry. The cause of today’s crisis is the collapse of the $1.5 quadrillion derivatives bubble – the work of Reagan, Wendy and Phil Gramm, Bob Rubin, Larry Summers, Greenspan, and Bernanke. The $10 trillion bank bailout demanded by Gordon Brown, Bush-Paulson, and Obama-Geithner is a hopeless attempt to reflate this collapsing derivatives bubble. To get out of the crisis, the derivatives must be shredded – deleted. Nationalize the Federal Reserve, re-start credit for hard-commodity production, and you get a recovery and a new economic boom. Mind Control & Electronic Harassment
Roger Tolces will present updates on electronic harassment, surveillance and mind control. He will outline how a new technology, involving interface brain chips, is being tested on quadriplegics that allows them to successfully control movements with their thoughts. This research is being funded by the Defense Dept., and he has concerns over how these applications might be militarized and/or misused.
Iridium satellites that are now circling the planet may be the source of some types of electronic harassment. As an example, he attended an electronic victims group meeting in Sacramento that he said was attacked by an energy beam, which seemingly emanated from a satellite. Among the symptoms of electronic harassment that will be listed are headaches, nausea, dizziness, weakness, ringing in the ears, numbing of skin, irregular heartbeat, depression and difficulty in concentrating.
Electronic harassment typically involves using an electronic device for the purpose of causing mental or physical harm or stealing information. Among the more unusual technologies he will discuss include "dream insertion" in which a specific dream state is projected into a person's consciousness, as well as "remote sexual attack," which can be instigated by a directed energy device. Furthermore, many feel as though they are being used as guinea pigs in covert experiments. Roger will share how he detects biochips implanted in some of his clients' heads that could possibly be used as tracking devices.
Surveillance and harassment has shifted from hardware to bio-coded directed energy. After viewing secret Russian spy documents, Roger believes the U.S. is now using DNA sequencing to develop new mind control techniques, which can target individuals as well as specific ethnic groups. He will describe that many of his clients suffer from what is called voice-to-skull technology (V2K)-- a relentless set of voices talking inside a person's head. These non-stop voices can lead to physical and psychological problems for the victim. They might be used to direct the subjects to commit suicide.
Finally, Roger will provide solutions, including shielding techniques. To counteract directed energy beams, he recommends the usage of metalized fabric (made of nickel and silver.) He also recommends the creation of an "electrostatic egg" by advising people who are having such problems to not sleep on a mattress that has metal in it, as the metal can conduct or amplify signals and disturb sleep patterns. In the olden days, kings and queens feared the minstrels greater than standing armies. The musicians, jesters, jugglers and comedians traveled from village to village, singing, joking and telling of what was going on in the kingdom or country, and this is how the news was carried. Rayelan Allen
Rayelan Allen is an author, lecturer, and the publisher of Rumor Mill News. She is well known for her interest in the environment, mass media, esoteric history, and human rights. Ruben J. Uriarte
Ruben Jose Uriarte graduated from Cal State University at Hayward with a B.A. degree in Psychology and Latin American Studies, as well as M.A. courses in Public Administration. Steve Hempfling
Steve Hempfling learned about individual rights and the Constitution from his father who was active with a coalition trying to stop "unbacked" paper currency from being issued during Kennedy's Presidency. He has a degree in electronic engineering and has worked at Texas Instruments and in Silicon Valley, California. In 1985, he helped co-found Free Enterprise Society and challenged the IRS to prove it had a law to require Americans to file income tax returns. Today, Steve is the current Director of Free Enterprise Society. And, the IRS still has no proven that anyone is required to file and pay an income tax.
Steve and those in his organization continue to educate those who want to learn more on how to defend themselves from the IRS while organizing ongoing lecture tours on subjects ranging from the IRS to 9-11.
