Greetings! Our thirteenth annual Conspiracy Convention, CONSPIRACY CON 13, is coming soon. Once again, we have gathered yet another exciting line-up of cutting-edge researchers in the greater field of truth-seeking. The conference moves this year to the newly refurbished CROWNE PLAZA Hotel in Milpitas, California, located in the heart of the state's famous Silicon Valley. The hotel's address is 777 Bellew Drive, Milpitas, CA 95035, and it's just minutes away from the San Jose International Airport. If you are driving, it is just off Highway 237 near 880 at the McCarthy Boulevard exit in Milpitas. When exiting 237, turn left on McCarthy and take another left on Bellew Drive. The hotel is just moments away.
The conference will begin at 9:00AM on Saturday and end at 9:00PM on Sunday in the 2nd floor Ballroom. The Exhibit Room will be open to the public from 8:00AM to 8:00PM on both days, and it will be available for set-up from 7:00PM to midnight the Friday night before and at 7:00AM on Saturday morning. For security, the exhibit room will be locked and secured both Friday and Saturday night. Breakdown must be complete by midnight on Sunday. Need Electricity? Simply bring your own power strip, extension cord and durable floor tape.
There will be room for 40 spaces on a first-come/first-serve basis, consisting of anywhere from one to five 6-foot skirted and draped tables with one to two chairs per booth. Please choose an available location number, then contact me either by phone or email with your choice, along with questions, if you need any answered. If you want a booth outside the ballroom in the hallway, contact me first.
The Exhibit Room will have two entrances. It will also be conveniently located near lecture hall with registration nearby. Furthermore, to generate more traffic, the speaker tables will be in the same room in one of the center islands. These tables are marked "Speaker" (see diagram), and all attendees will be instructed to visit the Exhibit Room following each lecture.
The per-table cost breakdown for the entire weekend has again NOT increased since year one and is as follows:
1 table = $300 / 2 tables = $525 / 3 tables = $675 / 4 tables = $750 / 5 tables = $800
These prices include (per Exhibitor) two weekend passes to all the lectures, but not the Saturday night banquet. We have a very good convention sleeping room rate of $79.00 per night (down $10.00 from last year), and parking at the CROWNE PLAZA is absolutely free. ...or call the hotel directly at (408) 321-9500 or toll free at (800) 972-3165 and mention CONSPIRACY CON to get that rate, otherwise it will be much higher.
ANNOUNCEMENT: We are proud to announce that we are continuing UFO CON, the official companion event to CONSPIRACY CON. It is scheduled for September 21 & 22, 2013 at the same CROWNE PLAZA, and we have the same discounted room rate and free parking. For exhibitors interested in participating at both events, we have created an "Incentive Plan" that involves a "discount." NOTE: Commitment for those interested must be made prior to CONSPIRACY CON. Inquire within.
Continuing this year is the "Raffle" during the Saturday banquet. I am requesting that all exhibitors and speakers kindly provide something, as I will. It can be as moderate as you wish and will generate further incentive for attendees to visit the Exhibit Room and try your goods and/or services. Collection will occur on Saturday.
